The only reason is to share my experience from the past 5 years of suffering like Hell. From childhood, I was a very fat person, and always feel sleepy in running classes & while talking with others. A day with my farther help came to know about Yoga. Hence after listen & self-practical doing.

I have transformed myself into Slim and fit. My weight was 68 KG, down to 55 KG as much as I can Loss. You can't imagine in within 1 Month, transform me. As time passes quit all Good habits and switch to bad habits.

Which leads to health issues in 2015.
I was taking medicine as per doctor report & consulting.  For 5 years, I have been attacked by Uric acid every 3 to the 6-month gap. When a problem comes, use to consult a doctor. All the doctors saying the same thing to control food.

Finally a day I starting myself to know more about Yoga & Food as Medicine. I took up the same Person as ideal and starting to listen to his philosophy. Then I came to know the fact of today's life.

Whatever human being is doing his/her daily lifestyle was completed opposite and which has no truth to lead a disease-free life. But make us more chances to make unhealthy. So big Business Man can make money in today's world.

Small small tips have many things to lead a happy disease-free life. When I have transformed my weight to Slim. I know those things but I just forgot all because of my busy life and friends, work, etc.

Those Tips were so simple and logical I have applied to my daily life which gives back my life as a health change in life. Now I'm back to fit. We get Cough Cold, Fever, and Headache, etc small virus health. Which is common in everyone's life.

But if we follow these tips. We never get big diseases like Cancer, Diabetes, Thyroid, Gout, TB, Liver Problem, Kidney Problem, Skin Problem, Gas Etc Etc.

How To Heal Yourself With Your Mind: Uric Acid & TB

I have cure Uric Acid from 5 years suffering & my one-of close friend suffering from TB also got cured within 3 an half months. By following some tips I have suggested to him, As Doctor told him to take medicine for 1 Year When he consulting for a regular check-up with Doctor.

The Doctor was shocked at how TB got cured within a few months. The doctor told my friend to eat more meat, but only eating vegetables organic food, he cured TB.
Let’s talk about a few things, which is more important than Tip. As we are in the child stage. We do play a lot and eat on time even sleep on time right? We go to school for about 8 hours a day.

So we are moving bodies 10 -12 hours on average per day. When we are at the age of 25 -27, we start working and started a new life as an employee business, etc. We work by set in a place for hours and hours not doing any exercise or play games.

We eat food fast as we don't have time to spend much time. Where all adults do 99% mistake. When we are small almost 90% of kids eat food slowly. Eating slow and taking small bites of food will easily digest in the stomach.

Wound Healing Time Process I follow:

Let me list out the tips I follow up for myself to be health & Disease free life.

  1. I sleep at 9:30 PM to start my day early around 4 - 4:30 AM
  2. After that, I work out for an hour Yoga 
  3. Eating Breakfast by Chewing 40 Times any food 
  4. Drinking water slowly by Sip by Sip
  5. Lunch by Chewing 40 Times any food
  6. Dinner take before 6 PM, No dinner after 6 PM
  7. Fasting for 12 hours to heal the body.

Explain: The human body has the power to heal your body. So we need to give time to heal your body by 12 hours fast. By not giving work to digest food. 12 hours fasting mean after 6 PM don't eat anything to morning 6 AM called fasting.

  1. If you feel hungry to much drink only water base food before going to bed.
  2. The food we have to eat water base Fruits & Vegetables.
  3. Diet will be only organic Food
  4. 70% of the food we eat should be Water-based food & 30% Grains/ Plants
  5. Eat Food only when you feel hungry pain
  6. Take a small walk when u eat food
  7. If you go for Non-Veg, eat only Fish free
  8. After dinner, At least Three hours Gap should be maintained before going to bed.

Main Tips To Heal Body:

‌Fasting 12 hours & Chewing 32-40 Times food is the only way to heal the body. 70% Water base Food & 30% Grains/ Plants based food.
